Caribbean PicNic

What would you drink if you were having a picnic in the Caribbean? This tropical-inspired cocktail is the answer!

Non-alcoholic version

20ml Martini Floreale (or another alcohol-free white vermouth)

20ml RumISH (or another alcohol-free dark rum)

20ml Pineapple juice

30ml Incredible Sour Mix (or 20ml lemon juice & 10ml sugar syrup)

30ml GodDryck Ginger Beer

1 Tsp Apricot marmalade

1 Dash of Angostura bitters (total ABV of the cocktail will still be under 0.5%, or this can be excluded for 0.0% ABV)

Alcoholic version

20ml Lustau Solera Reserva Amontillado Los Arcos (or your preference of Amontillado sherry) 20ml Bacardi 8-Year (or your preference of aged rum) 20ml Pineapple juice 30ml Incredible Sour Mix (or 20ml lemon juice & 10ml sugar syrup) 30ml GodDryck Ginger Beer 1 Tsp Apricot marmalade 2-3 Dashes of Angostura bitters

Garnish with pineapple, mint and fermented plums from Högtorp gård, and serve in a Kosta Boda PicNic glass (32cl)

How to make it

  1. Put everything besides the ginger beer and Angostura bitters in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake together with crushed or cracked ice, add the ginger beer and pour the mixture into a highball glass.
  1. Fill the glass with crushed or cracked ice and garnish with mint and a slice of pineapple.

  2. Add the dashes of Angostura bitters.

  3. Enjoy your Caribbean PicNic!
